Well, another week has passed & we’re
still in Wagin. Our stopping place is the local showground & there are only
2 vehicles here in this vast, open space. We’ve got to know the other couple,
played a few games of disk bowls with them & found that the local club
chapter is meeting here this weekend. So, with a little prompting from them,
decided to stay. On Thursday the others started to arrive, with them came David
& Sue Barr, the couple who organized the rally to Kalgoorlie, also Martin
& Chris who were on the rally. The weekend, although wet & cold, was
well attended & we all had a great time as there were large sheds on the
property, unlocked & accessible to us for BBQ’s, activities etc. We had a
bad storm one day with horizontal rain & hail, no damage thank goodness.
We’ve been through a few storms in WA now & they are really severe.
Just a few pics to show for the week.
